Executive Team

David M. McGillivray

David McGillivray brings over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience in the high tech and telecommunications industry to Harborlight Technologies. He has a strong history of profitable growth and performance in the areas of sales management and business development. David has been a key contributor to the past success and growth of Natural MicroSystems, (now NMS Communications, NASDAQ: NMSS), AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), and Radvision (NASDAQ: RDVN). Throughout his career, he has worked in partnership with the technology industry’s leading companies, and contributed to the successful development and deployment of numerous voice and call processing applications. His market knowledge and business development skills helped Natural MicroSystems establish leadership positions in the VoIP, wireless, and enhanced services markets. More recently, his corporate development and general management capabilities helped AudioCodes establish its sales, marketing and support operations in Boston.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.

Anthony J. Mastromatteo

Tony Mastromatteo, a 15-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, has held several engineering, management and market development positions in sales, technical support, and professional services at both NMS Communications and GTE Government Systems (now General Dynamics). Tony has proven technical and market expertise in the areas of DSP-based hardware and software, voice processing, real-time media streaming, signaling protocols, switching, wireless, VoIP, and application development. Tony has been a key contributor in the development and delivery of product support programs and services to large OEMs such as Nortel, Siemens, Motorola, Lucent, Comverse and Cisco. He is also an experienced public speaker, having spoken at various industry and partner conferences in his career.

Tony holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Nick Pettinella

Nick Pettinella, CFO (part-time) senior financial executive serving as CFO of early-stage enterprises, growth companies and mature organizations both private and publicly owned. Proven record in raising capital and experience in M & A activities.
